No. We build around what you already use. If your core systems (CRM, ERP, AMS, accounting software) work fine for what they were designed to do, we leave them alone. We handle the operational gaps between them: the manual steps, the re-keying, the spreadsheets that hold everything together.

It's a paid operational diagnostic. We evaluate 3–6 of your highest-pain back-office workflows, score each one for automation feasibility and ROI, and deep-dive the top 1–2 candidates with a fixed project fee, build timeline, and visual mockup of the proposed system. You receive a consultant-grade PDF report and a slide deck walked through in a live readout meeting. It's a standalone deliverable, useful whether or not you hire us to build anything.

We start with a kickoff meeting, then spend the first few days in remote sessions with the people who actually do the work, watching their real workflows over screenshare. We review representative documents and samples. From there we evaluate every candidate workflow, rank them, and produce the report and deck. Kickoff to readout is seven business days. We don't need admin access to your systems.

You own everything: source code, documentation, admin credentials. If you want to walk away and have someone else maintain it, you can. The retainer exists because these systems benefit from active tuning, not because they stop working without us.

Every build ships with a 30-day warranty. If something doesn't match the agreed scope, we fix it. The assessment exists specifically to reduce this risk. We don't propose a build unless we're confident it'll work, and if the assessment reveals the problem isn't a good fit for automation, we'll say so.

The assessment takes about a week. A build runs two to six weeks depending on scope. Most clients go from first conversation to a working system in under two months.

We're a small firm, not a staffing agency. The person you talk to on the discovery call is the person who builds your system. There's no handoff to a junior team or offshore contractor.

A quote tells you what something costs. An assessment tells you what's actually worth building. Most businesses we talk to have several processes that could be automated. The assessment figures out which one saves the most time or money, and whether the ROI justifies the spend. If it doesn't, you'll know that too. And if you do move forward, the full cost of the assessment is credited toward the build.

We never store client data after a project ends. During the engagement, all data stays within your existing systems or secure environments we set up specifically for the build. We're happy to sign an NDA before we see anything sensitive.
