Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Varcera website and general interactions initiated through it. They are written to be clear, restrained, and workable, not exhaustive corporate theater.
These website terms are not a substitute for a client services agreement. If we work together, the commercial, confidentiality, IP, and delivery terms for that engagement will be handled in a separate contract.
Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Varcera Systems LLC website and any inquiry, call-booking, or business communication that originates through it. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you are using the site on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

These terms apply to the public website, informational materials published on it, and our general interactions with prospective clients through the website.
They do not govern the delivery of client services. Any consulting, software development, maintenance, or related work is governed by a separate written agreement between Varcera and the client.
